Owners spend min time to understand the broad concept (What & Why) and review of implementation. Most time is spent by your team (How) as they are responsible for implementation with our support. 

The basic implementation will take 3-6 months depending on size and complexity of your operations and team capabilities. 

Owners also need not become Tech Experts as implementation will be done by their team.

No, you won’t be locked in. We ensure that your systems remain operational and accessible even if you choose to discontinue our services. 

We do not have any access to clients data. All sheets are completely private unless specifically shared. Remote support is provided through any desk without the need for data access. We even provide indepth training for Cybersecurity & protecting data\transactions. 

Yes, we can help you integrate your existing software with our system to streamline processes and avoid duplication of effort. However, support of developer of these programs will be required. 

We regularly update the tech to add new functionality to keep your systems modern and efficient. Updates are included as part of our support package. 

• What are the charges for extra directors/team members?

• Will I still need to hire extra manpower (e.g. Coordinators, data entry, MIS, CRM etc.)?

• Will I save on the cost of buying Technology ?

• What costs are not covered in the program ?

• Are there any other trainings\hidden costs I need to pay for ?

There are no extra charges for directors\team members. We allow upto 15 people from your team to join the trainings.

Our program only required one MIS Executive (DME) to help coordinate the Tech Transformation.  Our systems eliminate the need for extra manpower and will provide recurring savings in their costs annually. 

We provide in-depth training on using low cost and open source alternatives to expensive hardware (pc, laptop, mobile, printers et.c) and software (office, design suites etc.) . You will save lacs in buying technology with our expert guidance. 

Costs not covered in the program include cost of Email Services (Google Workspace Accounts) and Whatsapp Services (for automating whatsapp marketing). All other tools and trainings are provided free of cost. 

All trainings are part of program. You can opt for the post program support (Tech Alumni) for continuous updation and support for 1.2 Lacs+gst but the same is not mandatory.
